|Description||CD7, also known as GP40, Leu-9, TP41 and Tp40, is a single-pass type I transmembrane glycoprotein. It is expressed on the surface of T cells, NK cells, thymocytes, hematopoietic progenitors, monocytes, acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) cells and some acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. CD7 participates in both T-cell interactions and T-cell/B-cell interaction during lymphoid development at early stage.|
